"Front desk staff was extremely friendly, warm and professional. The MRI tech herself was professional and efficient but definitely lacking any warmth. Should keep in mind some people are terrified of MRI’s. Some compassion goes a long way."

"I have been to several of your locations. Each one is dirty, paint chipped off the walls, dirty bathrooms, old dirty tile no hot water in the bathroom. dirty carpet old furniture. My doctor keeps referring me to you. I am not sure if she has ever gone to see how your location are. The one I went to in Tampa had holes in the door dirty like the others. You are making lots of money at each location, why don’t you do some upgrading and repairs and cleaning? There was only one girl at the front desk. She was doing a great job, but two people would have been better. I was there for an hour. I could not pay my bill because the machine was not in working order like everything else in the building. The x-ray technician was wonderful. This is not Felicia. It is Carol."
