"Dr. Hossain did not care about my pain! He told me that to stop the pain I should quit my job! So who’s going to pay my bills? Absolutely, ridiculous! Do not go here."
"Dr is greaT. It’s the office staff that is less thaN what is expected from arguing with each other over lunch times to loosing my insurance card then finding it on the floor in another room"
"I have been going here for yrs and disagree with several reviews on here. The receptionist is amazing and I've rarely ever had to wait for more than 15 minutes I really like the Dr. as well!"
"The receptionist was easily distracted, got flustered with irrelevant paperwork and was coughing without a mask on. I get it, "COVID's over" but be respectful in a medical facility if you're sick... Side bar: if you are flustered with paperwork mismatching what you see on the computer, maybe update your files more frequently. On top of that, the nursing staff got my mother's name incorrect. Maybe... Check the file before confidently calling out to the wrong person? Overall a really poor experience. Here are some tips, train your receptionist and upgrade your filing system. Make sure staff is wearing a mask when under the weather and work on that bedside manner. Red flag: staff was talking to a patient about their medical history and needs in the waiting room. How is this okay? Also your receptionist is argumentative with patients. She needs to be retrained or let go. Unacceptable."
"The doctor here wrote me a script for the same meds I've been on since 2013 when I was hit by a semitruck. However, since the law changes pre-authorization is now required on my non-habit forming medication. The pharmacy and my insurance attempted to fax this paper work to the office multiple times over more than 3 months and the office continually says they didn't get it. Both my pharmacy and my insurance company told me that it was the doctor's responsibility to call and start the pre-authorization process and they only send the papers as a curtosey to the doctor but when I told the office that they said "we don't do that we've never done that". When I offered them the number both the pharmacy and insurance gave me for them to initiate the process they refused to take it. The same girl has answered the phone everytime and is very rude and has even hung up on me three times despite the fact that I have never lost my temper or raised my voice simply tried to figure out where the breakdown in the process was occuring. The last time she transfered me to a different girl without telling me she was transferring me so essentially she hung up on me a fourth time. If you have any other options I would not recommend this office."
