"Very disappointed in a visit my son had. The staff didn’t seem to communicate to one another as my son went to collect some paperwork and get his test checked out, however he was sat down in the exam room and almost had his blood drawn as it was not listed or communicated that this procedure had already been done 2 days ago. The staff also didn’t seem knowledgeable about HIPAA compliance as they kept informing my son that they couldn’t securely fax his immunization records and he had to come back to pick up the papers. Overall, the medical center could use a boost in more detail orientated charting, communication between team members, and being more transparent with the patient."
