Reviews of One Source Medical Group
"Worst company ever!!! They send out your supplies whenever they feel like it!!! I should of had mine over a week ago and come to find out they still haven't shipped them!!! Ended up in the hospital due to their careless greedy company!!! Hired a lawyer to sue this company for all the times I have been hospitalized because of them!!! But they made sure they charged my insurance for all the supplies two weeks ago!!! This company needs to be shut down!!!"
"They don't care about the company or the service they are providing. It's a shame in the field that you should have the most competence and compassion. They have the least. They constantly make mistakes and then don't rectify them. People suffer when they make mistakes. I didn't realize this was the new work ethic of America. Medicaid or not we are still humans and deserve to be treated with respect. Karma"
"Don’t waist one minute with this company. My son has been on a feeding tube for 7 years and he recently was changed to Medicare. That said we had to switch DME companies and called One Source. I have spoken to numerous reps and given them all the info they requested and still no supplies. There is always an excuse. We have been dealing with them for 6 weeks and I am now in trouble as my son is a week away from being out of food and supplies."
"I get an automated phone call from one source to refill my son's briefs and chucks. I follow the prompts and the rep asks me what I need. I explain that I need to refill my son's supplies. She supposedly doesn't see a script on file but explains he has 2 refills. Well if you don't have a script how can you tell me he has 2 refills? I call back and the 2nd rep says ok your good to go, your order will be shipped tomorrow. No one seems to be on the same page."
"This company is who my insurance provider chose to handle the delivery of my daughters diabetic supplies for her Omnipod and Dexcom. In February 2018 I called in to reorder ad I have done for the previous months. The Omnipods are shipped first then a week later her Dexcom supplies are shipped. We received the Omnipod with no issues but when we received what should have been her Dexcom supplies, it was another set of Omnipods. I immediately called and informed them of the issue and they said they would ship out and I would receive them the next day. I received the almost a week later and at that point, my daughter had been completely out. When I called in on March 16, 2018 to reorder her supplies for this month, I explained the issues I had the prior month to the customer service rep and she assured me there would be no issues. I was told I would receive them on March 20th. While confirming the order and delivery information I asked her what address she was sending it to since I have a delivery address and a billing address clearly stated in the account. She she tried to tell me there was only one address and I instructed her to check again that there is a shipping address that the supplies needs to be shipped to so its not in the heat. She look and sure enough she said she found it. Again, she reassured me it would be shipped to that address and I would receive it on March 20th. I waited a couple days later than the delivery date due to severe weather that hit the area thinking the package may have been delayed and when it wasn't delivered in March 23, I called to see what the issue was. They said they didnt know and that FedEx has the package but its been on hold in Jacksonville, Fl since the 19th when it was shipped and instructed me to call FedEx. I call FedEx and they tell me they will investigate and call me back. In the meantime, she is now out of her Pods for her insulin pump and One Source was informed of this. This morning, March 26th, I received the Dexcom supplies that was shipped out on the 23rd but still no Pods. I call One Source Medical Group again and immediately ask for a supervisor. I explained that this is the 2nd shipment in a row that has been screwed up and something needs to be done. He places me on hold so he could call FedEx which should have been done when I called previously to explain it hadn't been received. After about 8 minutes he come back on and tells me it is guaranteed to be delivered tomorrow, a week AFTER it should have been delivered originally. Now I wouldn't have an issue if it wasn't for the fact insurance companies only allow a 30 day supply of diabetic supplies to be shipped out and Cindy, the original person I was dealing with when we first started ordering my daughters supplies, informed me if the policy so she made it clear there can't be any delay in deliveries. With these supplies being critical for a persons care, this company should be more responsible with the handling of delivery issues when they are brought to their attention and employees need to be more professional when clients call in to place reorders and stop trying to carry on a full conversation about anything besides the order that needs to be placed. I don't recommend them and if your insurance company contracts them to handle your supplies, fight for someone else."
