"Love the people at this pharmacy but ever since they went to a new system it's not the same. It takes longer for me to get my scripts filled and something my doctor sent in yesterday morning still is not ready this afternoon. I'm not feeling good and need this medicine. I try calling nobody answer and leave a message nobody calls back. I get text messages I have something to pick up when I don't and then I receive a test message saying if I don't pick it up it's going back to stock. And a big problem is with the new labels or ink as the name of the medicine and the reorder number will rub right off. Sorry done venting not feeling well."

"Original date 07July 23 I’m giving Brenda 5 stars for her service in taking that extra step and taking another look. My refill was due. The previous Rx had to filled by another facility due to an internal issue. I checked with the previous facility and told there was no other refill available. I called WDP around 2:15 to see if they had my refill. Speaking with Brenda, she informed me there were no more refills available. My heart sank, It took everything in me to hold my composure. Because of the type of medication I knew it could not be refilled for another month. Thinking about the pain I would have to endure before a new Rx could be written was quite overwhelming. BUT at 2:33pm I received a call from WDP. It was Brenda, telling me that she had went back through her system to have another look in some other areas and Brenda said she found my refill and it will be filled that day. I burst into tears, holding my composure as well as I could, I told her how appreciative I was (that she took the extra step and took another look). It was life saving for me.
