He was not friendly, and they left without knowing the results of the tests they underwent - My parents arrived dissatisfied with this place. They were treated by Dr. José López and he was not very communicative with them in explaining the diagnosis, nor did he care about the reason for the discomfort. My mother told him that she was not planning to return because of the apathy she felt and the little information they gave her and she told them “don't come back again.” He was not even kind, and they came without knowing the results of the tests that were done."
