"Bad customer service! Been having an issue with them because they billed the wrong CPT code to my insurance, been calling them for over 10 months, going to the office, speaking with billing, managers, staff, and still after 10-11 months, no help! Besides that, the wait time to be seen in office is 1 hour and a half to 2 hours, just for them to call you back and see the physician! Extremely bad experience."

"I called that clinic to setup an appointment to see a doctor for the first time, but that never happened due to poor customer service with their customer service. 1) After about 2 minutes waiting, a lady picked up the phone, asked me for my birthday. After I gave that information to her, she cold transfer me to another lady without even advising me. 2) The second lady spent about 30 minutes on the phone to verify insurance before she setup the appointment. Because of system is slow to verify the insurance, she told me to call back. After I asked her if she couldn't call me back, she said she would, but no phone call received. I expected them to setup the appointment first, take the insurance information, and verify that on their own like most clinic would do. This morning I decided to call a different clinic. Guess what, I talked to the exact same group of people. When I told the lady that I would prefer using cash instead of insurance, she kept saying that I should use insurance instead of cash. I hope that I won't deal with that call center anymore. Meanwhile, Orlando Family Physicians, get yourself together."
