"You guys called me once, to schedule an appointment because you had a referral then i was told to hold on for CARMEN call and she never called me. Then i come here face to face with Carmen and she says that she does not have a referral YOU SAID YOURSELF THAT YOU HAD A REFERRAL NOT ME. Now i just wasted time here taking time from my work and she was nothing but not helpful. Poor customer service from Carmen and such disorganization"
