"Incompetent staff. I rarely leave negative reviews but I cannot believe how unprofessional this office has been, more specifically those who work at front desk. Front desk does not pick up the phone or return calls for important medication refills/things of that nature. I had relentlessly called multiple times everyday they are open and had left countless voicemails. Aside from lack of professionalism, the office itself is questionable and seems more like somewhere you’d sell illicit substances out of than a doctors office. Dirty. Unprofessional. Unable to reach. Find somewhere else who actually cares about your health. They cannot do their job properly, and it’s a shame because Dr. Ahmed was kind. Not to mention roachs."

"Doctor is great but getting them on the phone to do ANYTHING is absolutely atrocious and impossible. They have zero response to calls let alone voicemails. My husband has gone there for years but can never get his prescription refills or someone on the phone to even help him."

"Dr. Ahmad is great honestly. He's very caring, listens, and explains well. My problem is with the staff. I'm constantly having problems with prescriptions being wrong or not being sent at all. I contact them and they often don't pick up, I leave a voicemail and they don't call me back. My pharmacy has been trying to contact them for the past week with no luck. It's sad that I'm having to consider not returning and it's not the doctor's fault."

"Dr Ahmad is great, a very caring and compassionate man. if I were rating him alone I'd give him 5 stars. The staff is cordial and shows much improvement since my original review two years ago. I've been going to Dr Ahmad for 10 years so I'm very familiar with the office. They've come a long way all around in that time, and hope they continue that trend. ."
