"The staff is really inefficient at this establishment. Probably resulting from inexperience. We called two weeks ago to set up an appointment with the doctor. They took my insurance information and set us up for today, November 15th at around 2:30 PM. A week ago they called me and asked if I would be okay to move up the appointment and see the NP instead of the doctor. I said no, I’m good with my original appointment date and time of 11/15 at 2:30 PM as we both work from home and had our calendars blocked for this time. The lady said okay and I thought that was that. My husband called their office this morning to confirm the appointment as neither of us received a confirmation call/text the day before. The lady who answered the phone told him that she doesn’t see anything scheduled for me! When my husband asked whatever happened to the originally scheduled appointment, she fumbled and scheduled me for 2:40 PM this afternoon. A few minutes later she called to let me know that the appointment is scheduled for 2:40 PM this afternoon. She then called me back again in a few minutes to tell me that apparently the doctor doesn’t see new patients at 2:40 PM and if I can come at 10:40 AM instead! Apparently the doctor was okay seeing a new patient at 2:30 PM as per the original schedule but changed her mind because I didn’t want to move up my appointment and see the NP a week ago?? This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional!! On top of everything, the lady at the office didn’t so much as offer an apology or accept ownership for the mess up on their part! She kept passing the blame and started interrogating us asking who was it that we spoke with, etc. Funny since they never greet by introducing themselves by name over the phone (whether you call them or when they call you) so we didn’t have any receptionists’ names noted as they introduce themselves as RPS Medical Center and don’t give you their name proactively. They expect their patients to jump through hoops and be available whenever they want them to see whoever they please without any regard for the patient’s time and work/life schedule! I have no idea about the doctors here since I never really got to see one and don’t intend to in the future either thanks to their extremely inefficient staff. If anything, this establishment really needs to take a long, hard look at their scheduling staff and perhaps train them better as this kind of unprofessionalism can drive away both new and old patients. Will not recommend this doctor’s office at all!"

"I am blown away by the professionalism and extremely thorough care provided by NP Saul Gutierrez and his staff. Starting with Diana @ the reception desk that took my new patient call. She is so pleasant and informative. Johny took care of getting all my pertinent information and was so kind and NP Gutierrez OMG was so very much on his A game. I mean I don't remember the last time a primary visit was so extensive or attentive. He listened to me and addressed any and every concern I brought up. He didn't miss a thing. Diana assured me he would be a good fit for me as I have had a lot of doctors dismiss my concerns. I am not usually please with my visits based on reviews and this is what go me to call this office.....but I cannot say one bad thing about this place. They should be a model example for offices everywhere....thank you so much for the care you provide!"
