"Ordered a gift card 18 days ago on their website. Its still being processed. Their excuse is that they've had an unusually large number of gift card orders. Their website indicates that gift cards are processed and shipped usually within 24 hrs. Ha!!"

We also told the cashier about this and all she kept saying was please come back again and sorry about that instead of offering to discount the bill due to our dissatisfaction with our experience which would have been the right thing to do!! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT GIVE OUR BUSINESS TO FIRST WATCH AGAIN!! FIRST WATCH SHOULD NOT BE YOUR FIRST CHOICE!! Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50"

"Horrible experience! First watch wants everyone to only order from their app but that's not safe or realistic. Many people are driving to work or on their way somewhere and it's not safe to be online ordering while driving. It's safer and easier to call in and place order using hands free phone. Additionally, if I order a side item of bacon or sausage and want to have it cooked WELL DONE, there's no way to customize it in the app! So, when I try to call in and mention I want it well done, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! the phone at the Dani Drive / Colonial location in Fort Myers is rarely answered and recently a server told me the ringer was turned off! They really need to work on their order system and not discourage customers from ordering over the phone."
