"Went for annual wellness visit. Got there 20 minutes before my appt and was seen within 5 minutes. Efficient and friendly front office staff. Lija Jacobs saw me and was personable and thorough. Got needed referrals and updated scripts. She actually seemed to care as opposed to many physicians who just move you thru the system. She left a good impression and had great bedside manner. Would recommend."

"Incredible! I had went to another Sanitas location (Chickasaw) and was greatly unsatisfied. With my new insurance I decided to try a different location and was blown away at the difference. From the minute I walked in I noticed how clean and organized it was. I was greeted by the kind woman at the front desk and she treated myself and others who walked in with such care. She didn’t seem like she was rushing anyone at all, took her time explaining things and genuinely seemed like she cared. Overall I waited no longer than 10 minutes! The medical assistant was attentive and showed genuine concern. Again, she didn’t seem rushed at all and seemed very thorough (I wish I had gotten their names because they deserve the shout out!). I saw Dr Benjamin Wilson and the experience only got better. I feel like it’s rare to go to a doctor’s office and spend the bulk of your appointment speaking with the doctor rather than waiting around but that’s what happened. He asked very good questions and took his time to thoughtfully answer mine. Whatever they are doing in their office needs to be replicated at the other locations because they seem like they have it down. I will gladly be back."
