"They didn’t even try to run my insurance, which they had done fine in the past. I’ve had a huge mess because of this. They kept sending bills saying I owed money for a missed appointment I didn’t make, then didn’t give me the option to pay my whole bill. Then they sent my stuff to collection, sent a revised bill saying I owed money for a visit I did make but already paid for. The only smart person in the whole building was the nurse practitioner who actually treated me. Never got answers about anything going on, only got headaches with expensive bills."

"Terrible place to go. We had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 and unfortunately due to heavy traffic on the 429 we were 9 minutes late. When we walked in the waiting room it was empty. The girl checking us in said she’d have to ask the DNP Evelyn Onyeji if we still could be seen and she said no. My husband really needed this appointment and they didn’t do anything to work with us. The office was empty. No other patient waiting to be seen. They had no empathy at all. They did nothing to accommodate us or even try to get us in."

"This facility is by far the best I have been to by far, not only is the place beautifully put together on the inside but the staff is equally as beautiful. From the moment you walk in Jasmine at the front desk is very helpful and makes you feel welcome when walking in. I had asked her multiple questions and she never once missed a beat with answering. Then you have Melissa the medical assistant who from the time she brought you back for intake until you had been discharged was very pleasant. She made sure to inform myself that once I am a patient to the primary care plus family if need be I could use one of the many other facilities if I was unable to get an appointment with them (ie, sick appts or on a weekend need as they are not open). Then there is nurse practitioner Evelyn Onyeji she is by far the best provider I have seen in a long time. Not only does she take the time to get to know you, but she was sure to answer all of my questions and concerns and comply a plan of care for my treatment. I truly could not be more thankful that they are here in our location, I will be sure to recommend them to others."

"Everyone here is exceptional! From Jasmine at the front desk to Melissa who is amazing! As for Dr. Evelyn ❤️ the best I’ve ever came across. Front the moment you walk in the door your greeted with the warmest welcome (thanks Jasmine) ! Omg Melissa is professional and hilarious all at the same time. Coming here you will feel so comfortable , you will actually forget that you are even at the doctors. The office is beautiful and they even have a couch in the exam room for extra comfort ! You will never feel nervous about coming to your appointments with Dr Evelyn ! If you’re looking for a great team , well look no further you have definitely found them here at Flamingo Crossing ! "Best primary care hands down!!! I found this by looking for Drs on advent health’s website and Mrs. Evelyn came up, scheduling was so easy and I was able to get an appointment same day. But my experience in person was the cherry on top. Jasmine at the front desk was helpful and communicative and made me feel comfortable off the rip. Then Melissa the assistant made me feel even more welcomed with her personality and great work with taking my vitals and ensuring I’m aware of everything going on. Then Mrs. Evelyn the provider….. I Can probably write a book but my level of appreciation is beyond words. She’s so informative, transparent, doesn’t put any of my questions or needs aside, everything is answered. I ended up scheduling other family members at this location. If you were debating on scheduling here, let this be your sign !! 10/10 recommend !!!!!"
