But this pharmacy had a policy to offer a small number of pills if I had a prescription that was still active. They gave me an interim supply of meds to carry me through the remainder of the week. "On November 1 I had a prescription filled that require me to take a total of five pills a day each one is 100 mg. My prescription was filled to take one pill a day. Luckily I was not an elderly person that may not have realized it by of course trusting their pharmacist. I on the other hand noticed call my doctor to verify that what they told me was in fact the disease I said! Then I called the pharmacy. First they tried to make it seem as though it was my fault. Then they tried to make it the doctors fault. Then after being on hold for a while they said they owed me 400 pills! They never admit it it was their fault just that they owed me 400 more pills. And still trying to get these pills 10 November and I still have not received them I have had every excuse in the book. Called my insurance who informed me and insured me that yes those are my pills. Finally having had enough I called CVS headquarters to which they rectify the problem and prayerfully I will be getting my medicine soon."
