"When I went to the second appointment they did not follow with the paperwork. They have two month and when I went they make an excuse. Then send for a test and couldn't do it for lack of info. They cancel two appointment because of "emergency ". I so disappointed on him and his office. So unprofessional."

"Not sure why this office is rated so low. They got me an appointment the following day when I called, have excellent staff that had my paperwork ready, a friendly, knowledgeable doctor and I was in and out of there in no time. Office was clean and looked great."

"I was referred to Dr Palacio by my Primary Care Physician because my Type 2 Diabetes was out of control. Just had my initial consultation and could not be more pleased. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to complete paperwork. I was surprised that most paperwork was completed by his staff and I only had to review and correct a couple information fields. The Doctor called me back a couple of minutes early. He spend about an hour explaining my future path of treatment. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend."

"Do not go here if you are in need of a reliable Endocrinologist. My very first appointment was a joke. They wanted to reschedule my appointment because they didn't have copies of my medical reports, which was false because I called my primary while I was sitting at my appointment and they informed me they sent it over twice. After having my thyroid removed, I had my first follow up appointment and was told they could not do anything for me because they didn't have any of my post surgery reports (mind you, it was faxed to them 3 times) and that was now the second time they have stated they didn't have any of my information. A week later, I was seen by my primary and was told that my meds should have been adjusted according to my labs..the same labs this office had a copy of. This office is unorganized and unwilling to do their jobs which is a shame for someone who has to rely on an endo for the rest of their life."

"This is more about the office than than the doctor. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can't give them zero. I completed 2 appointments. The office never called in my Rx after the 2nd appt and I was 12 minutes late to my 3rd appt and they said I had to reschedule for May 3rd (today is March 16th). All I needed was a refill and they think it's ok that I wait 2 months."
