I called to schedule an appointment and talked to some rude little boy that wanted to go back and forth with me about some outdated information that he didn't even bother to update while I was on the phone. Lazy. I take my health seriously and don't have time for silly @ss people that forget that part of their job description is to provide decent customer service. I'll take my orders to Baycare or Advent Health."

"Woman working the front desk is rude and dismissive. Got up early for an 8am appointment. I was told My doctor never sent the approval. I called my doctor when they opened and they said they constantly have this problem with them. They said they had faxed the approval over 3 days prior. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m. later that day and I went by my doctor's office and they gave me the approval along with the fax transmission showing that they had sent it. When I gave it to the woman at the front desk she dismissed them by saying that they have the wrong fax number. Then not less than 2 minutes later she holds up two papers and says they faxed the authorization but not the script. But both the authorization and the script were in her hand with the stuff that they had faxed. I wasn't the only one she was doing that with. She did it with another patient that was there in front of me. Very rude."

"After canceling my appointment twice I was able to get my mammogram done this afternoon. Seems like their technician always has something going on. But it was quick to be seen. Place is nice and clean."
