"I would like to start off with the positive . The staff is very nice and helpful . I was disappointed in my personal CO2 . The next day I did find many places that were not touched on the face and layers seemed very thin in areas as if I didn't recieve a full treatment . The NP was very kind and comforting but, these things cost alot of money so, of course we all want to recieve full treatment of what we pay for my concern was it would always be a different staff member with visits. I personally am more comfortable with same person as they know me and any issues or concerns with my reasoning for treatment. My only other thing is they have too many fees . Phone consults and in person consults are usually no charge most places. I'm hopeful they will work on thses things in future.I also,purchased an extra laser treatment and facial but,will not be returning so I requested a refund for those items. I waited almost 3 hrs and had to call back the office manager in Tampa laser treatment i purchased said when she gets to it she has other things to do .Wow ! They only have time when you spend your money but,when you politely ask for extra services you won't be using in future due to deciding not to return then they are rude . I was extremely nice about it ! So unprofessional! DrArviv which is the owner of this business was aware and never reached out !"
