They could never get my prescription right, frequently would not answer the phone, and lack all basic customer service skills. Not an ounce of empathy. Like, sorry I'm calling you to have my prescription corrected. How dare I."

"Marisol in the front office is rude and condescending! I went in to simply refill my husband’s prescription, half way through she was rolling her eyes and smirking to her co-worker. She is unprofessional and I do not feel safe in this heath care office! On a side note, my husband called in after I left and the prescription was filled yesterday!! Why couldn’t Mrs. Marisol simply tell me that? Now I will be finding a new doctor and warning people before they sign up here!"

"I will never go to this doctors office ever again. I was doing an annual physical that is strictly covered by my insurance company and I confirmed with the front desk lady if it was covered and she looked me in the face and said that it was. During the process, I was told that I had to come back to do my labs because I was on this supplement called biotin which interacts and fluctuates the results. I asked if this would be a continuation of the physical and if not, then I did not want to do labs at the office because I can go to minute clinic and have them do it for free. She again, looked me dead in the face and said that it would be covered by my insurance and that it would be a part of my physical. I told her that usually I get everything done in one day including the shots that I needed and she said that next time it would be a continuation of my physical. A month later I get a bill in the mail of $150. When I called my insurance and baycare, I found out that the office billed me as an office visit stating that I was there inquiring about birth control pills. This is a fraud doctor. If you would look at the records, I never received one prescription for birth control from this practitioner. She simply lied and try to make it like it was an office visit when I was not sick and was not in desperate need of any prescription in general. When I called to try and sort the situation out, they did not help me, nor call me back with any desire to fix the situation. I would call my insurance company along with BayCare and they both stated that it was the office’s fault because they put in the wrong diagnosis code. After reaching out to them multiple times to fix the situation, they did not. I called almost every single week to try and get it figured out before the amount would go to collections. I was forced to pay the amount or else it would affect my credit which I did not want to because I have amazing credit. I did not want to mess up my credit or have them come after my parents for the money, so I was given no other choice but to pay for an amount that was fraud. I tried everything I can to get the situation figured out. It isn’t about the money in this case, if I was in desperate need of an office visit or anything that has to do with my health, I would pay any amount of money. It was the principal as to why the doctors office lied about what I was there for when they have cameras, and also look me in the face and tell me that it is all covered by my insurance. They even provided documentation stating it was covered. I will never in my entire life go to this office and will not recommend it to anyone. If you want to get ripped off and wrongfully billed then be my guest but I am not going through this company ever again."
