"Dr. Wisdo listens to his patients most of the time and doesn't seem to rush when examining and speaking to you. He seems to understand what he is talking about as seen by his confidence and I overall think trust his diagnosis and decision making skills. There have been some misunderstandings between Dr.Wisdo and I due to a lack of communication and to be honest a lack of follow up on him and his staff. The wait time in the lobby and the exam room varies and I feel that this needs to be looked into and rectified. I have waited literally almost 2 hours on one occasion in which I was clearly upset. I only received a "Dr. Wisdo is running behind do you mind seeing the PA here". The front office staff and the medical assistants are a hit and a miss. At times they clearly due not see the sense of urgency but try very hard to "do a good job". The office needs to be a little more understanding, compassionate and patient with all patients at all times. There, I rate Dr. Wisdo at the Wisdo Family Medicine as 3 out of 5 stars."
