"I called to schedule an appt w H Banks as a new patient. The person who answered said "oh you would like to see if H Banks would be willing to see you?" I hadn't had a Drs office ever respond that way before so I said, I'd like to see if she's accepting new patients. I was told they would call me back. A week later I was called and told "congratulations, she will see you." That felt weird but I went with it. I get a book of paperwork in the mail a few days later. I didn't open it since I had a month until my appointment and didn't see a rush to fill it out. The Thursday before my appt, which was on the Tuesday after a 3 day holiday weekend, I get a phone message that I had to turn the paperwork in person 2 days b4 appt. No email or fax. All by hand in person. I was already going out of town and had no way to turn it in person before my appt Tuesday. When I go in for my appt I am turned away because "they had to review my paperwork before possibly seeing me." I was told I couldn't send via fax nor did they do secure electronic paperwork because of HIPAA. This paperwork was very basic and just like any other that you fill out when you first go into a drs office. There's no getting to know me from that paperwork of generic info better than sitting down and talking to me. I was told they could reschedule for next week but I said I didn't think this office was for me. I'm looking for an understanding Dr, not one who turns away a patient who took time off work and is in their office because they couldn't hand deliver new patient paperwork days before the actual appt."

"Dr. Han was my wife's first PCP in Florida since we moved here from the northeast. I was very pleased with her professionalism, and she was very thorough with looking through my wife's complicated medical history. I recommend her as a doctor for anyone that needs a new primary care physician since even if she seems young, she is quite knowledgeable and her bedside manner is great. However, she books up her monthly schedule fairly fast so it's important to call her office ahead of time to make sure the dr's office takes your insurance and has an appointment to fit your needs. The office also has their own on-site lab, so they can do bloodwork and urinalysis the morning of your visit (if need be). As a side note, the facility requires masks (unless the doctor requests for you to remove it during your exam). There are also several solitary / single bathrooms that are clean and well-kept. The facility is typically busy since there are several doctors in this practice, so it's a good idea to get a appointment well in advance. Parking is usually convenient since the past 3 visits my wife had with Dr. Han, there was always a good spot for our vehicle about 50 steps away from the entrance."

"Dr. Debra Morris is an exceptional doctor. I have been her patient for many years. She listens carefully, fully explains treatment options, and follows up on your progress. During a recent office visit, she went far beyond what would be expected. I casually mentioned a health issue a member of my family was facing. Even though the family member was not her patient, Dr. Morris immediately offered assistance. When she was unable to reach the person by phone whom she believed could help, she offered to follow up later. Approximately two hours later, I received a call from Dr. Morris. She had paved the way for treatment, and within a week the issue was resolved."

"My husband and I recently started seeing Dr. Dell at GIMP and so far have been extremely pleased with everything! Dr. Dell was thorough in my new patient exam and I really appreciate her diligence with my husband's issues. The office runs on time, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's super convenient that they have an in-house lab. I would recommend GIMP and specifically Dr. Dell for sure! Update from 12.2020 visit. Dr Dell was not the same doctor I seen last year. I was there recently for my yearly physical which took no more than 10 minutes and I was informed my ears were "perfect". Looking back at my visit summary there are all kinds of errors and for some reason, although I do not take any medications on an ongoing daily basis, I am to make an appointment to see her again in 3 months. At one point during my visit, she walked out of the door to address her nurse about something/someone else. Now I see she not only charged for my yearly wellness physical, but an additional office visit charge. This is not the care I am willing to accept."
