"I only gave one star, but I had to mark something. However, this office is not professional at all. I saw the dr on 11/8. At that time, the doctor requested I have blood work done before he could write me a prescription for my issues (test were done on 11/8). I called the office on 11/14 to confirm they received the results, at which time it was confirmed and was told that someone would call me back. I had to call 3 more times, and send a fax before I could get someone/doctor called back. On 11/30, the doctor, personally called me and told me someone dropped the ball, and told me everything looked good and that a medication would be called in for me. STILL NOTHING. On 12/27, someone from the office called and told me that "Per the doctor, everything looked good and I can take the medication!" Um what medication. NO ONE EVERY CALLED IT IN! I think the office only called because I was supposed to follow up with them on 1/9/24 - Needless to say, I cancelled that appt. And I am still dealing with original issue I went in for. What is the point of calling, leaving messages, talking with the staff and doctor and they are not going to do their job? The doctor was very polite and seemed like he genuinely cared, but that does not help me with my issue."

"Gulf Coast Podiatry has some of the hardest working staff that I have ever encountered! Dr.Jensen is both personable and professional! He is not only caring toward his patients, but toward his staff too! The staff always met me with a smile (office personnel and nurses) and the nurses each had such a gentle touch whenever I needed their care for my foot! I would give ten stars if Google had a slot!"

"Highly recommend Dr. Peaden's office! The doctor himself is charming and polite. Excellent bedside manner, throughly explained everything to me and my son (the patient, 15) AND had fantastic technical skill. To say he is great at his job would be a gross understatement. The office staff was pleasant. From my first phone call to check out. Our medical assistant Deedee was phenomenal. She was caring, kind, knowledgeable and absolutely hysterical. She had my son laughing so hard. Which in turn made him comfortable. We were self pay patients and his fees were very reasonable. If you are searching for a podiatrist, no need to look any further!"
