"What is the point in getting labs done as required by workers comp when Quest forces you to use your own personal insurance instead of the workers comp insurance that has been sent to the lab? Ridiculous. And when I said she can just mail me the bill and I’ll forward it to the workers comp company, she said they can’t do that and I’d have to pay cash. Should have asked for a manager but being Quest any help is hard to come by. Very impersonal experience every time."

"This is my first review I’ve ever written in my life. When I say avoid this place at all costs, mean it. The staff is very ignorant, incompetent, and wasteful of others time. 2nd day trying to get into an appointment and they screw me over once again. I’m only here for a simple test but this process has been anything but simple. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere"

"The worst experience ever! You can’t go for a walk in to have blood drawn anymore without having to sit there and wait all day until “they can get to you”. Okay, no problem, let’s make an appt. Soonest available appt is a week and a day out. So we waited out the week and a day. Go in on time and bc we didn’t write down the “confirmation” code, they can’t see us. You took all of my info from me over the phone but you cannot do my bloodwork bc I didn’t write down the confirmation code. Since when do you need a confirmation code to do blood work? I have my orders in my hand and I gave you all of my info over the phone when making the appt. Wasted 2 trips and 2 hours of my time. Healthcare is Florida is the absolute worst! That is the only thing I hate about this state! Healthcare and getting appts or anything done is just plain awful! What happened to the good old days of just walking in and getting your bloodwork done???"

"Lab Tech never returned my insurance card had to drive back when I got there they don't have it and told me I can go through the trash if I want. I'm an easy going customer treated like trash."

"I had a very positive experience last week. I had an appointmeûnt for 11:10. I found myself free at 8 am so I stopped by to see if they were busy. I checked in as a walk-in and they literally took me in 5 minutes. The phlebotomist, Eyvate was very experienced, professional and personable. I realize the timing was just luck, but it was a great start to my day."
