"I left another review because I was not happy my son was told he would get a referral for an endocrinologist, then told he would not get one. After he does labs, I can give another review. I hope I made a good decision with this group. The reviews are not promising at all. Update...had a feeling the front desk/phone operator was practiced at being nasty while not doing her job. Billed for services I did not receive. Billed for services for my son who Baptist had a part in taking custody. Billed the wrong damn person because she would rather be nasty than do her job."

"Dr Kellen is absolutely the worst physician I have ever encountered. He may be a good doctor but we never found that out. He is cold and unfeeling. I found him to be almost confrontational when asked questions. He did not follow through with referrals that needed to be made. In a world with so may physician available I would look elsewhere"

"I called my regular doctor's office to check if they could see me right away for an annoying skin rash I had developed. They could not but told me Dr Kellen was available this afternoon so I took the appointment. I read a lot of these negative reviews on Dr Kellen and his staff but my experience was excellent. The lady at the front desk was wonderful as was the nurse. I saw Dr Kellen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. He told me what I had and recommended a shot and some prescription strength hydrocortisone. He was very polite and thorough. My experience with everyone at this office was 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I saw Dr Kellen a little more than 3 hours after I made the phone call. I was back in my vehicle headed home 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment!"

"Front office staff was kind, but we cannot say that for Dr. Kellen. By and large he was the rudest doctor I have ever had a conversation with. He flat out told my father he would not be able to help him for a basic medical need simply because all of his other specialists were with Ascension. (Anyone that has any knowledge of how the medical field works knows a simple medical release would have made this a nonissue). He proceeded to argue with us, so we had no choice but to get up and walk out. I would say his bedside manner is awful, but that would give him credit for at least having some manners... he has none. If I could give negative stars, I would. Dr. Kellen clearly has zero care for his patients. I would like to note that the only reason we scheduled with him is because he was the only local PCP accepting new patients. The reason for that is clear. It's appalling that this man is still able to "treat" people. Baptist needs to do some cleanup..."
