"I called today to try and find a doctor for my father who has been diagnosed with mesothelioma. The new patient intake person was incredibly rude and immediately said “if you’re part of that lawsuit we can’t see you”. I said I have no idea what you are talking about to which she snapped off about a mesothelioma lawsuit. I told her I just needed to find someone to care for my father. She finally said well if you’re not involved in the lawsuit, we can see you in 4 to 6 months. I was very surprised because the life expectancy of someone diagnosed with mesothelioma is not that long and I would hope that a “lung specialist” would know this. Very disappointing for a place that boasts things like how they treat patients like family."

"Legitimately the worst office staff I have ever had to work with. Takes for every to get an appointment and when you do they rush you through so they can bill insurance. Did an at home sleep study and took 25 day to get an appointment for the results. Went to the appointment and did not get them. Now I have been waiting for them to call me for my equipment and it has been 3 weeks."

"The people in the office are super rude!!!! They do not accept self pay! It's a shame I've heard great things about the doctors and I am in need to be seen immediately. while I don't have insurance, but do have a way to pay for my testing they said they can't take my self pay based on other people who have been excepted and could not pay for their testing, so they take it upon them selves not to help any one who can manage their self pay and testing! I actually guess doctors don't care because they are allowing the rude staff run people off who are in direr need of them. When I ask why they sterotype people like that she hung up on me!!!"

"I use to see Dr Brey who retired & liked him But, I see Dr Messina now & they make the appointment & mail it to me. I don't know what makes them think the Day & Time is open, for me to see him. I've had to cancel the past 2 years, cuz if you cancel they won't make an appointment for you for another year. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE GO HERE!!"

"Awesome and great doctors. Incredibly rude and condescending office staff. To the great doctors here….get staff that is as good as you are and get rid of the ones you have. Your patients are dealing with serious health issues and shouldn’t be treated badly by the people that work for you, they are going through enough already."
