"I tried to call at least 10 times on two separate days to make changes to an appointment. I could never get anyone to answer the phone but was told how important my call was to them by the nice but ineffective voice mail attendant. Unacceptable."

"Staff doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t return calls—even for test results they ordered. Mom had c diff undiagnosed while they sat on the results for 4 days. Ended up in ER before they finally sent them."

"I suffered from how disorganized and this practice is and the lack of training from nurse practitioners. Had endoscopy done, could’ve scheduled bravo same time doc said, but somehow his NP missed it. Went back in to do it in office unsedated for another NP to do The procedure and fail to get. Capsule to dislodge from catheter correctly. So they scheduled me to come back in a month again to do under anesthesia. Mind you I’ve been off all acid reducers now 1.5 months and suffering. They called me today(Friday 10/28) to cancel my procedure and tell me I’m triple booked. Good luck with this hot mess of a practice!"

"Terrible follow up. I was referred by the emergency room after having bad heartburn that was believed to be caused by steroid treatment for an allergy issue. PA ran several tests to rule out any diseases including sending me for an ultrasound on my thyroid. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment 2 months later. Six weeks later, I still have no results. I'm told I have to wait until my appointment for test results. Obviously the results were fine but what's wrong with following up with the patient to reassure them. They quickly sent the invoices but it doesn't take 2 months to receive test results."

"I arrived for my appointment with Rachel Thompson for 9:00 at 8:45. I had completed the checkin online previously, so all I needed to do was sign the paperwork. I was called back at 9:08, completed the normal BP, weight, answered questions about background. Assistant said she'd let Ms. Thompson know I was here. At 9:30 I walked out, telling the front desk if she can't see her patients in a timely manner, then assign me a new PA or reschedule me when she can see me timely."
