"I would put no stars if possible. It has now been three months since my order and 2 months, 3 weeks since tracking# shows as delivered. I have tried multiple phone calls and emails and have not been able to contact anyone! I filed a dispute with my credit company, and Modern Allergy Management did reply to them! Now, I have to dispute again as credit card company determined I am responsible."

"I had to contact the company 3 weeks after purchase because there had been no delivery, no receipt, acknowledgment of my order. The rep said he/she would look into it but there was no follow up with me. I sent an email four days later and magically the order showed up at my door that afternoon. What I received is not what I got. I ordered specific recommended supplements and got some weird generic looking bottles. They don't look the same as what I ordered, theyre not named what I ordered, and I didn't receive 3 different products. The product recommendations are specific to the test I sent in. I have no idea what I received. This is ridiculous and absolutely not acceptable."
