Recently I adopted a new pet and I had contacted customer service as I was unsure of what product would best fit the needs of my new cat. They helped me pick the best one and I am happy with my purchase. I don’t normally leave reviews however. I did not expect chewy to send a welcome home gift for my new pet this was a great gesture. And it made me love the company that much more. If you are thinking about purchasing from them definitely do!!!!"

"A few days ago one of my little dogs died and it was a very sad event. I called Chewy a few days later to cancel my auto-sends for him. The lady I spoke to was incredibly kind, and yesterday I received a beautiful bouquet of roses with a vase and a note from “Melissa”. I have been grateful for the really super service with Chewy, but this is above and beyond! Thank you, Melissa and Chewy for this touching and kind gesture. "I attempted to place an order for cat food with this company, but the experience was a complete disaster. I spoke with two representatives, and one of them (Stacy) was particularly awful. Despite providing all of the necessary documentation, Stacy was completely unhelpful and made the entire process needlessly complicated. Her incompetence was so frustrating that I ended up canceling my order altogether. I would never consider ordering from this company again - I'd rather go to Amazon or any other pet store where I can expect a more professional and competent experience."
