"Dr. Beecham was recommended to me by a friend. I spoke with him by phone and he had no idea if he accepted my insurance. I called my insurance co. and they confirmed that he was in- network. I called the Dr. back twice without an answer or a call back. After almost 2 weeks, he finally called me back. I advised him that he was in-network and made an appointment for about 10 days later. When we went to his office, he came out 10 minutes into our scheduled appointment and handed my wife paperwork to fill out. He then tried to call the insurance company but was put on hold and after several minutes he hung up and told my wife that this wasn't worth his time and that we were already well into our appointment and he had other patients to see. He was completely unprofessional, did not prepare at all for the visit with a call to confirm insurance prior to the appointment, did not provide an option to complete the necessary paperwork, and was completely rude and callous to my family. It's a blessing in disguise that we didn't waste more time going down the road with him."
