"Been a HomeDepot girl my whole life because it was near my house but sense moving to Parrish I see the errors of my ways! The customer service here tops Publix and Chick-fil-a! The guy who works back in the wood(I feel like it’s Todd but that doesn’t seem right) is always so helpful! He helped me load an extra wide pallet in my SUV which we were not sure would fit but he gave it a go and it did! The check out ladies are always so fun! We just love shopping here! Great service is key! I was not always “handy” but everyone has been so helpful we have tackled some really fun things I never would have before! Plus and quality products!"

"I was having issues with a large refund amount for a fridge purchase. After many calls to a service center I decided to visit the store. I was greeted by a very helpful lady who the called over Trisha. Trisha was exceptional in getting to the root of the refund problem. I cannot express how’s helpful she was showing a great deal of customer empathy and resolved my situation with professionalism! Thanks again to Trisha and Adam for bringing this whole refund saga to a conclusion !!"

"Helpful staff. Vets given 10% discounts on all items except lumber. One issue: they will cut lumber once and their saw is often inoperable. Compared to Home Depot, which will provide unlimited cuts and is always available."

"It's more like three and a half Stars. Only been here three times the first two times service was exceptional the last time seemed like people were avoiding us. The last time was at night and so maybe the people on the night shift aren't as helpful as the daytime shift. Will be back and we'll update my review to reflect their customer service."
