AT&T Store

"I needed help! I am a senior citizen and a first time I phone user. I visited the AT&T store in Parrish. I was greeted by Ben. I thought I would get that “attitude”, that senior citizens often find when it comes to electronics. The clerk often makes seniors feel like they have a non functioning brain. I was ready for the attitude BUT Was I ever wrong!!!!!! BEN was efficient, kind, fully explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Made me feel valued as a new customer of AT&T. She was able to answer my questions and at the end she asked if there was anything else she could help me with.
