"A no-frills omakase that emphasizes fresh sushi. The chefs keep up a good flow from course to course, and the fish is definitely top notch. This is probably the best toro we've had in Orlando, even compared to Kadence and Soseki. It's not a whole lot of food, which is consistent with the lower price point. My only feedback is that we would have appreciated being able to order just a glass of sake rather than whole bottles and more non-alcoholic beverage options other than water. Would definitely like to come back!"

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and the service was top-notch. The food was not only delicious, but it was also presented like a work of art. "My husband & I were so excited when this place finally opened! The atmosphere is minimalist & modern. Food was fantastic. We love being able to sit up with the chef(s) to watch them prepare & create the dishes. You can tell they put a lot of effort and care into them. There are a few things I would’ve liked to see differently though. I wasn’t able to find the number of courses anywhere on the website or booking system. Not sure if it’s there yet, but that’s something that’s nice to know when booking a dinner like this. We also found it odd that we had to pay for our water at the end, when everything else was prepaid for. I understand an upcharge for sparkling water, but there should be a free option or upcharge option for still, as it was $10pp at time of. Or up your price $10pp and don’t charge at the dinner. I can't wait to see where this place goes. We’ve already recommended to several of our friends!"
