"Incredible experience!! The sushi was the best I’ve ever had. It is omakase and there are a couple of different ways to order so it’s not just one set menu. You can pick which sushi you want but are only able to order 12 pieces or you can choose a preselected menu. They do serve saki and beer, it is a standing room experience so yes you stand the whole time but you won’t even notice because the sushi is that amazing. You are on a time slot of an hour but definitely a unique experience! Perfect for a celebration, date night or if you just want to treat yourself"
"This is by far the absolute best sushi I have ever tried. I was in town for a 17 hour layover and decided to try EDOBOY after seeing great reviews. It’s a standing sushi bar and each bite was perfectly constructed to perfection. I ordered the baller set and shared warm sake with a few nice patrons. Asia and Christine were personable and talked to each individual calling them by name and were extremely helpful! This is a must try for foodies and sushi lovers!"
"I chose my own pieces instead of a set for my experience. It does make it slightly more difficult but the uniqueness that the chefs give to their hand rolls and torched pieces are absolutely worth going out of your way for. I wasn't too keen on the scallop topped with uni so I'd trade that for something else next time (really enjoyed the striped jack). I also wish the "baller set" miso soup was a choice on the regular menu. Overall a really wonderful experience that left us very much satisfied and excited to go back again."
"Visiting from Boston, so this was my first time at Edoboy. I had the baller set, which is a new/limited menu with premium ingredients. Fantastic atmosphere and high quality sushi! The chefs really take pride in delivering an excellent experience!"
"The food is a amazing and the experience is truly unique. I would 100% recommend this to any sushi lover or for the adventurous eater. My husband and I had never tried raw fish before but we decided to dive right in with this experience. We got the set menus which really helped with the decision making. We loved ever second of it it was so nice to be able to talk to the chef and the staff. Everyone was so kind and informative."
