"Delivered my 5th baby at Winter Haven Womens Hospital after 6 hours of laboring and making no progress my son's heart started to drop, without hesitation we decided to do an Emergency C Section. My son ended up being born with multiple blood clots in his umbilical cord, cord was also tied in a true knot and he was completely wrapped up in it. Dr Carter was absolutely amazing and saved our son. He is a happy healthy 4 year old now all thanks to Dr Carters quick actions. Our entire stay our son was known as the miracle baby, Dr's and nurses from all over the hospital came to see him. Thank you so much Dr Carter. You were amazing!!"
