"* Roses Express, at 5531 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205 is managed by Maxway Store as store #646. * A commendable employee named "Shareka" showed professionalism in assisting me yesterday, June 14, 2022. Her response to the problem I brought to her attention was exactly what a manager ought to have done. *Contrarily, employees "Lindsey" and "a middle-aged woman" behaved unprofessionally: > The issue I had was on several occasions shopping at that location, I was overcharged, including yesterday. > I was trying to do a simply price verify/check. > So, when I saw the middle-aged woman employee just standing on the sales floor less than five feet ft. away from where I was next to the rack containing the item in question, I asked that employee to step over and verify the price on the rack so the cashier could resolve the problem with no confusion. > But, the said employee responded negatively, stating "there's nothing I can do about it." > Previously, the cashier told me to speak with a manager and I did then was told by a manager to have the cashier do the price adjustment. > My request to the said employee was just to do a price verify by a store employee. > Even though this ought to have been a simply task within a store employee's job, the said employee insisted "there's nothing I can do about it" then she warned me "you can't go no further with your cart full of bags." > I replied, "there all paid for" and "I asked you to come over here with me." > After doing the price verify by myself, I tried explaining to the said employee that I just needed her witness but she kept responding negatively. > At that point, I definitely wasn't happy about her attitude. > At that point, "Lindsey" came out front from the back and spoke with the "middle-aged woman employee", backing the said employee by saying "I know, I know, don't say anything else to her." > So, I made it clear to Lindsey that I made a simple request for the said employee to help me price verify and she created an incident that didn't need to be. > Then, "Lindsey" responded to me by aggressively saying, "don't take out your hostility on me." > My reply was, " you and she turned this into something it didn't need to be." > When I reached the register, "Shareka" came out and resolved the problem with the professionalism that both Lindsey and the middle-aged woman employee failed to demonstrate."

"Very neat clean and organized. Just need to clearly price everything. Too many items no prices. Staff is friendly and they take pride on the stores appearance. Too bad the other Roses Jacksonvile dont follow staying organized."
