"I went into your store today to buy an expensive item that I had been researching for a few weeks. I didn't have a good experience with the sales associate. When I asked him to get the items I requested, he addressed me as if I couldn't afford the items. I told him what I wanted, and before he opened the cage, he walked away and started another task. Once I went around the department to find him, he proceeded to tell me the price as if I wasn't able to read the sign. Please inform your team not to judge or form opinions about customers."

"I went to return to cans of paint that I bought from Lowe's and they would not accept them. They could find them in their system. The fact that they wouldn't accept them is really not what bothers me. What bothers me is the condescending treatment that the manager gave me. I explained to him that I spend a lot of money in Lowe's per year as I own my own business. That being said that shouldn't matter. Home Depot would have taken these back in a second. Bye bye Lowe's you have lost my business over two cans of spray paint."
