"If you asked me a few months ago I would have recommended this place without even a second thought. The staff was always so friendly and treated my fur baby with actual kindness, where I knew I could leave him here in good hands.. What made me love this place was that the dogs were free to roam around. Unfortunately, The last three times I've visited recently to get my dog groomed, I have left upset. Im not sure if they changed the management here, but I have noticed they have changed the staff. Today my dog had an appointment at 9:30am and I couldn't pick him up till 5:30pm, and this was only because I called about 10 times prior. The excuse was that "they fell behind schedule because the groomer got there late from picking up other dogs". In that case, they should not schedule appointments at 9:30 am knowing there is apparently a pick up schedule.... The last few times of me taking him there, there were no dogs roaming free, and neither was he. I was always so happy to pick him up and see the other dogs playing. They bring him from the back, put him on the floor and make it seem like he had a great time, while in reality, he was probably stuck In a cage for 8 hours. So sad about the decision I have made to never come back here. For $45 I expect to leave happy each time with services fully satisfied, and I also expect my dog not to be panting for water or bursting to potty as soon as we arrived home. sorry. Save your coins everyone, don't be fooled. Not good anymore."

"Friendly staff and responsible owner. Ive always had the best experience here. They love my 14 year old fur baby and treat her with such gentleness. She has arthritis in her hips and they are very mindful of that. Ive also left her here for boarding and did not have one problem at all."

"The entire staff at Zen is loving, patient and kind with all their clients and it's evident when you see all the wagging tails when you walk in! They treat my Daisy like family and always give her exactly the perfect cut and bath, nail trim, ear cleaning - EVERYTHING! Am so happy with Blanca and her staff! I'd recommend them to anyone!"

"This place is amazing. I have a Golden Retriever and a Lab mix and decided to take them there for the first time! The Lab mix is very timid and not trusting of new people she meets, but she left a super happy dog that loved the staff. My golden retriever was groomed and looks/smells amazing! I would definitely recommend this place. Great staff and services!"
