"Can you believe it took more than 10 minutes to get a simple black coffee with cream!? It was like totally foreign to the Sunday afternoon crew. My wife's latte was an easy order. Trash cans were full and tables need3d clearing. Definitely no pride with the crew. God help us if these workers unionize. We'll be back at the gas stations for our caffeine fix."

"I’ve been a regular here for awhile and today I received my first encounter with an employee that had an attitude. I placed a mobile order and I work in fast food and I understand waiting a bit for connection issues and giving time to make the items. When I pulled up to the speaker I was told “next time give us time to make it “ then I pulled around and was waiting behind three cars for almost ten minutes anyways so it doesn’t make sense to me why give an attitude I’m still waiting either way ."
