Chipotle Mexican Grill 22941 Lyden Drive, Estero, FL 33928

"I don't understand some of these reviews! I read them prior to coming in, but decided to make my own observation. The employees were extremely helpful describing the menu items to me and preparing my order perfectly. I didn't rate the atmosphere but a three because I took my food to go and based it by just walking through the restaurant. I was able to purchase a kids meal, which is perfect for lunch for a senior, and Naples is full of seniors! With my selection, I got two tacos, my choice of three sides, which I chose chicken, sour cream, and with an up charge, guacamole. The guacamole they tell me is made fresh every morning, and I didn't go in until after 3 o'clock....it was still like freshly made with chunks of guacamole, and was very tasty and thick! It came with a mandarin orange or chips and salsa, I believe. I chose the orange, which was a nice finish to my lunch. Also included was a drink...all for $9 (which included the $2.80 upgrade for guacamole). Delicious!"

"Staff at this location are never good. They're both rude and confused. Pickup orders can be very slow. Food is usually fine; not the best Chipotle you'll ever have. Sometimes they're not busy enough to go through enough food, resulting in cold ingredients. Marginally more expensive than the gulf coast town center location."

"My wife and I have been in lots of Chipotles for years, including this location. We have had good to great food on most occasions but not this time. For starters they were out of cooked chicken and when asked how long before they would have some cooked, a sarcastic statement was made was made " I don't have a clue". I changed the three orders to shredded beef and after the 2nd order was put together, the girl stated she now had chicken cooked. So I changed 3rd order back to chicken. These were to go orders and when I got back home the 3rd order which was supposed to be chicken had no meat at all on it. The other 2 orders was a mess. The girl acted like she was overworked and just didn't care to do her job. I felt like, I the customer was bothering her. Very disappointing with this whole visit. Maybe she was having a bad night but that shouldn't be drealt with in this manner. May try Chipotle again at some point but would choose another location first and even then Chipotle would not be.my first option for a meal at this time. My experience is not mo rmally indicative of Chipotle but this should attract attention from management to address their hiring practices for attentive team members. 1/13/24 at the Lyden Drive Location."

"First time dining in this Chipotle restaurant. We ordered steak bowl it was tasting good but comparing to other Chipotle locations the portions were small. The employee's were nice and friendly, the restaurant wasn't that crowded. My only Note to them is they should care more about cleaning there were not much clean tables I cleaned our table by myself, cleaning should be the priority of restaurant specially nowadays with all these Viruses and bacteria's."

"Extremely small portions for top price, out of beans. Staff was standing around counting tips in front of customers. Not one dining room table was clean. There were only 2 people eating when we came in. Had to ask staff that was standing and leaning if I could get broom so I could clean a place myself. The guy swept but did nothing for the table. Poor management. Well never spend another dollar here again. To bad Pollo Tropical dining room was closed. I got stuck with this place. Tons of fruit flies around the tea area. UPDATE: 3 of the 5 guest got sick later that night and next morning. They all had the steak burrito."
