"Whats the easiest way to loose a customer after 2 years? Ask Emill or emerill at this location! I purchased a bag of their store brand dog food; amazing quality and product by the way. My dogs love it) on Sunday and opened it this tuesday morning and dumped the bag into our plastic container and threw away the bag in the trash and called it a day. Tonight I just served my dogs their food and to my surprise it was loaded with extra proteins... MAGGOTS and noticed that some of the bits had mold on them. I got on my car abd drove to the store and their employee of the year tells me that since I dont have the bag they can't return it because he needs to scan the bar code.... Dude, I have the receupt and you can see the upc code there but he said nope. My answer to you guys is that you suck! I will not support any of your locations again cause after spending $$ on a monthly basis for 2 years and this is your way of handling a situation that vouldve been solved so simple and yet your employee didnt even tried to find a solution nor call a manager cause there was none at the store.... Then I will start supporting other establishments that will actually try to find a solution to sommething you guys decided to make difficult."

"Everyone in the store is very nice. We went in the first time to look at the little critters and left with a Syrian hamster. The associate was so helpful in letting us know everything our little hammie needed. We went in a second and third time to wash our 75lb doodles. The bath area was so easy to use, organized, and clean. The associates go in right after you've finished with your pup and clean the bath area you used. They have a smock you can wear to avoid getting soaked, hypoallergenic shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, puppy shampoo, and conditioner! I was so impressed with the bath experience. They give you 2-3 towels at the register as well. I bought the dirty puppy package, 5baths for $40. Totally worth it. The associates all seem to be happy to be there, I hope this stays this way. Highly recommend this store, affordable items but overall the store environment is welcoming."
