"Picking up a grocery order that you pick online is convenient. However, when you call the number they have posted at the parking spot several times and no one answers, and then your wife, who placed the order has to use the app to say I'm here, and then your waiting over 30 minutes for someone to bring out your order, isn't convenient, it's annoying. And to make it better, your order has one item per bag(!), you get rancid bacon, and bags falling out of the car when you open the hatch. Update, 5/9/23, still the same "high" standards, but it's Walmart, keep your expectations as low as the prices and it's ok. Update, 7/20, parked to pick up online order, my wife placed the order so I had to call. After calling over 20 times in a 10 minute time span, and getting sent to voicemail everytime someone came out to bring someone else's order, I had to get out of the car to ask when they could bring out t my order and finally after 20 minutes my order is here. Never fail to be disappointed in this location, only come here for convenience to my house"
