"Unfortunately I didn’t read negative reviews and now need to write one myself . There is a mature lady working there who is definitely very negative and have unpleasant and very unfriendly personality. My cockapoo first time they said had nuts so they had to cut short , my son took the dog in It was cut short but was ok , Second time I took him in and this lady looked at him like omg curly hair so right a way saying he has nuts with out touching the dog . Even if he had some there is a way to trim around and not just butcher his hair so low that now he has cost issues and for 85$ they want to zoom him in 15 min with the shaver and cost lost is natural oils and need treatment now that cost me over 300 dollars to start . When I called and asked for the owner supposedly she was on the phone and was very rude so definitely other reviews are correct and I decided not to continue conversation with such person who don’t know how to treat her bread and butter / clients …. Very disrespectful. There should be official complaints made as if they can’t do work that is required amd request by a client and just do the easiest job possible than May be is not right business they are in ."

"I love this place everyone is sweet and accommodating! They do a great job for my little guy who starts out as a scruffy little ragamuffin and ends up looking very handsome after a visit! They are affordable and always try to get me in same day when I call."
