"I couldn't have done a worse job if I had groomed my puppy myself! I explained what I wanted in great detail (ie., just a light shaping, leaving her legs full and her face round and cutting off no more than 3//4 inch from her body. I even provided a picture of what I had in mind - see images below. I thought I had made my wishes perfectly clear. The puppy who was returned to me was shaved down to her skin with clear markings where the razor began and ended; her face and tail were left longer but chopped up unevenly; her nails were still long and there was no scent of her having been shampooed. Moreover, she is now suffering from razor burn and trying to relieve the pain by rubbing herself against walls and biting her skin. The grooming fee was waived but it will take months before my sweet Molly resembles what she looked like when I brought her in!"
