"I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for several years (nearly 5 days a week). It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from my home. After today I will NEVER RETURN!! I ordered 2 coffees, waited patiently the drive thru (we all know this it not always fast), when I arrived at the window I was refused my order due to the fact the were unable to break a $50 bill..WHAT? It’s the start of your day at 6:30am. You don’t have two 20’s to give me change? I’m very disappointed in this Starbucks and staff. Shame, shame."
"The baristas always do a great job at this location. Today my coffee had a little more almondmilk than normal so it's a weird taste but it's better than them putting milk in it and me suffering for the rest of the day. Thanks for always being so kind guys!"
"We ordered 2 gingerbread lattes and a sandwich. My husbands coffee had a milk top inside it and mine tasted liked boiled milk- nothing like a gingerbread oatmilk latte which I have had several times before. I went back Inside and told them. Handed them back my husbands drink. The person at the counter was nice but they issued a refund for my husbands drink only. I didn’t drink not even a 1/4 of mine because it was not made right. I truly think they forgot to put the coffee in it. They were busy but it’s disappointing I chose to spend my lunch break here. Additionally we tipped them $5. Definitely took a loss as they only refunded one coffee we didn’t drink either and tipped. 2 hours later this is how much is left of my boiled milk. I had to make coffee at work."
"I has a small issue with my order this morning and felt bad doubling back in as the employees were clearly slammed. Not only did they not take any frustration out on me for bringing back my order, but they were genuinely apologetic and got me back on my way quickly. In a day and age where customer service is on the decline, these people nailed it."
"Thank you Brian for offering me avocado spread! After years of getting sandwiches at Starbucks he’s the very 1st employee to make me aware that they even offered avocado spread. It took my already delicious sandwich to the next level! YUM!!"
