"Used to love The Flats, time is not being very kind. This location has lost the touch. The food was fairly good, the atmosphere not so much. There were only 3 active tables, 2 tables inside had leftovers on them, two tables outside also had leftovers as well. The birds were having a grand time, none of this changed the entire time of our visit. Nobody came to check on our table or to offer and drink refills, not sure what we tipped for when we paid. The cherry on top was a couple that waltzed in with their dog who was clearly not a trained service animal. No employees took any action whatsoever and as we left the dog was begging at the owner’s table, something a trained service animal would never do. Flats going to the dogs for sure."
"A mix between fast food and a sit down restaurant. Mexican food like burritos etc. You order at the front and they bring their food to you at your table. They have good hot sauces available to try also."
"One thing and one thing only - INCREDIBLE. Truly. The workers there truly treat you better than chick fil-a and if you know, you know. Jaz went above and beyond with several smiles and amazing enthusiasm, which is especially hard to find around the holidays. Will be coming back because of her. Service like hers deserves a raise, no doubt!!!!"
