Petco Grooming

"Polite, kind staff. Calm atmosphere inside grooming area. My dog is skittish and fearful and the groomer handled her gently but firmly. The cut was close to perfect. It was our first time here so I thought the groomer did a great job. As she gets to know my dog and what I want, I know I'll be rating the experience a 10. The groomer was open to my suggestions and promptly trimmed an area when I requested. Responsive. All round good experience."

"Just when I picked up my dog, and after paying, they told me that it had some matting around the neck and that they left it like that. I would have appreciated a call to address my choices before they delivered my dog without the proper grooming. I doubt I will be coming back to that store."

"I have never taken Tank to the groomers before. I've groomed him myself for 8 years. It has started to be to much for me and took up so much of my time. In Sept I decided to give Petco a try for his grooming needs and am so happy I did. Hailey his groomer is so gentle and loving with him. He actually enjoys going to Petco to see her for his grooming needs. It's the best thing I could've ever did. I don't know why I waited so long. Prices are reasonable and the staff is so friendly. There are also many stores and restaurants nearby you can visit while your pet gets groomed it works out good for the both of us."
