"loved the food, the handrolls were amazing! we tried the -Sichuan Cucumber -Avocado, serrano lime miso, fried shallot -Cucumber umeboshi, shiso, tempura -Buri, wasabi aioli, pickled daikon -Akami zuke, pickled daikon, fried shallots -yaki King Salmon, serrano, lime miso mango mochi icecream definitely coming here next time, i hope they add more vegan options as well!"

"I really enjoyed my experience here! The hand rolls were so fresh and delicious, totally hit the spot. The snow crab salad hand roll goes hard! So good! Service was excellent. We sat right up at the sushi bar, which I'm glad we did. We enjoyed the cocktails as well (I believe they only have wine/sake cocktails fyi). Would definitely come back!"

"They only recently opened, so they still need to work out some kinks. When we went, they definitely did not have enough chefs for the amount of people they had in the restaurant, so service was very slow. Also, I feel like some of flavors were overshadowed by the seasoned sushi rice. The choice to use sushi rice seasoned with soy sauce was interesting...I personally would have preferred a cleaner flavor profile that highlights the fish. It was also pretty expensive for what we got. However, the staff were all very friendly. I'll give them some time to work things out before trying it again."

"Wow. Wow. Wow. This restaurant is a must for any sushi lover. The menu provides a couple of pre-fixe options to choose from but you can also choose a la cart. Everything we had was perfectly balanced down and IMO didn’t need any soy sauce or any sort of additional flavoring. The staff was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the origins of hand rolls from the edo period. Chef Iro/Ido was amazing, friendly and easy to talk to and happily gave us recommendations. Additionally, the decor is absolutely stunning - I recommend sitting at the bar for the best experience."

"My friend invited me to Sushi Saint cause she found them on Instagram and was able to make a reservation. They are in their soft opening right now which was exciting because we are some of the first people trying it out. I will start with the service. We were running late so I called them and the hostess that picked up was super friendly and understanding and informed us we would have a seat when we arrive. When we finally made it they sat us right away and promptly took our drink orders. Service was great overall For ambiance the place has a Lounge type vibe. The counter reminds me of other amazing sushi restaurants that I have visited before. I love being able to see my food being made in front of me. As for the food. Incredible. So fresh ESPECIALLY that seaweed. My favorite hand roll was the scallop. All hand rolls were flavorful and filled with a good amount of rice , fish and other fillings. I can tell a lot of thought went into creating each roll. Overall it was a great idea experience and it was JUST their soft opening. Looking forward to more amazing things from this place"
