"Not only do they not have cashiers available other than Pro…when we went to our Pro desk check out and something rang incorrectly and I advised the cashier—we are told….i can’t believe that’s correct. To the point I was made to feel as though she thought I was telling an untruth. I finally stopped speaking and just walked back near the self checkout and took a video so she could see I was being truthful. The customer service and pricing integrity in this store has plummeted. We are very disappointed."

"Refused to sale item for price advertised I have purchased items there in the past including display items. I will not set foot in the bartow location ever again.... update after several calls and some time waiting, this issue was resolved, and I appreciate the time that was taken to look into this matter and make it right"
