"Never have had a bad experience at this Starbucks. Everyone is nice and gets your order done quickly! Nate at the drive-thru was VERY nice and had an amazing personality! Definitely recommend this Starbucks!"

"The worst experience I have had in this place. The bathrooms were dirty, they had no napkins and finally an employee asked us to control the children because according to her she couldn't have children playing, laughing or screaming. We were a group of 11 people, we consumed drinks and food and there was no one else in the place. We felt discriminated against and extremely uncomfortable, I don't think we will consume in this place again."

"Team member was really rude. I thought Starbucks will be a family friendly environment. I was kick out because my child was playing at the table while the place was empty and was told I had to go. Never coming back to this location. It was an awful experience for me and my family."

"I come to Starbucks for service, I come to this location all the time and which ever guy worked today at the window 10/1 @3:17 pm WAS HORRIBLE! Drive thru time was well over 10 minutes finally got to the window and he CANT MULTI TASK and seems he doesn’t care about working. My husband and I watched him have a mini melt down taking another order for 5 minutes and watched our drink sit in front of our face. No apology, no care given on customer service and he should definitely NOT BE WORKING THE DRIVE-Thru ever on top of entering my drink in wrong and charging me extra. He’s not that new but definitely needs to be switched positions."
