"I had to get the second dose of my vaccine which was scheduled for today and CVS texted me a couple days in advance to remind me of the time and day to come and what was needed etc, I get there and I am waiting as 20 minutes go by then another woman sits down next to me and the pharmacist comes out and asks me why I was there and I said for my appt then she proceeds to say they don’t have any more Pfizer. I understand things happen and she said they called everyone to tell them that but I never received a call; so I asked when they would call to let me know they had it in stock again and she gave me a dirty look and said we don’t do that we don’t call people. Which made no sense since she just said they could call people to tell them not to come and I asked her should I wait a week then and she just said I don’t know we should have it soon. Needless to say she was very rude and lied to me about them calling to tell people not to come when she then said after that that they don’t ever call people for anything. Very inconsiderate and a waste of time."
