"I love Subway and usually shop here when I’m wanting a sub. Unfortunately, tonite, the young man behind the counter told us they were open for pick up only. Asked us to go to the other Subway instead. I’ve never seen a franchise operate like this. Poor business strategy. How inconsiderate to ask your customers to go to another subway. The other shop seemed overwhelmed as well. Try harder business managers. Have you seen your ratings on here?"

"They keep deleting my review of them!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place has awful, employees who do not care if they mess up your food or even refund you the money after messing up your food. Their online ordering doesn’t work, their employee doesn’t know how to make a simple sandwich and even after complaining multiple multiple times they won’t address the issue with that employee that they have still working there and clearly messing up more orders. The only thing I got after calling the store multiple times to finally get a manager was a 6 inch sub free after they had messed up a foot-long deluxe order extra meat. The kid gave me a single slab of a meat and cheese in the sub…. need better workers."

"I ordered a sandwich two hours before the time I chose to pick up the sandwich. Once I got there my order was not ready and they had an inexperienced guy working and I could not wait to get my order because I would have been late to work. I am extremely frustrated because I work overnight I was depending on subway to be reliable and unfortunately I have to eat nothing but air sandwiches tonight while working an 8 hour shift on an empty stomach they will never get my money ever again."

"Only one worker in the evenings for this subway. Placed an order online for two foot longs. When we got there we weren't greated and the gentleman didn't ask if we had a pick up order or even acknowledged us until I went up and asked if the current order he was working on was for King. There was another gentleman waiting to place an order and from the looks of it he was there for a while. When we got our food home, my sub was made correctly but my husband's was not. Instead of pepper jack cheese he got sparayically placed cheese that looked like mozzarella and there was no grated Parmesan cheese when extra was ordered. The worker was definitely taking his time and looked at the tickets so I am not sure how he missed the things he did for the sandwich. Will most likely place order in store instead of online due to mistakes that could have been avoided."
